peptiviopeptides

Selank, DSIP and the body’s own timing.

Selank and DSIP references

The studies and reviews behind the questions on these pages.

Reading order

For the observation that started this site, there is the DSIP experiment measuring ACTH-like immunoreactivity and cortisol in men. Pair it with the critical review of DSIP’s unresolved physiology for a less tidy account of the field.

For Selank, my starting sequence would be the molecular review, then turn to the rat frontal-cortex gene-expression experiment and the human anxiety study. They answer different questions, which is why all three are useful.
